Thanks to the Woodland Trust, we have been given 210 new trees to plant around our School grounds. These trees are all native species that will either allow us:

• to pick a wild harvest of berries to use in our cooking
• to produce a sustainable source of energy
• enjoy a variety of woodland crafts, such as willow weaving.

Mr Taylor and our after school club ‘Ground Force’ have already started to plant some of the saplings around the school, so please keep and eye out for them as they establish themselves over the coming years.
