Over the past few months, children in ‘Ground Force’ have been taking part in the “Miracle-Gro’wers’ Academy” challenge. They were sent Yellow Stone carrot seeds and a variety of soil types, with the task of growing the carrots  in bags and measuring the weight of them once they were fully grown. Last week, they finally weighed them in and sent the results off to Miracle Gro, where the data will be put along side the rest of the results from across the country.
