On Tuesday, Jo Gilvear from Buglife, came to our Junior assembly to present Jack in year 5 with a prize. Jack had entered ‘Torbay’s Buzzing’ art competition and he was the winner of the Key Stage 2 prize: a family ticket to Paignton Zoo and a bee hotel for the school grounds. Copies of Jack’s colourful picture have been attached to packets of wildflower seeds, which Torbay Council is distributing throughout the Bay.
