We have had a superb activity week

The weather has been mixed but it hasn’t stopped us getting outside – to Cockington Country Park and to Goodrington beach.

Children have developed their art skills during the week – sketching, painting, making collages, constructing 3D sculptures and learning about a range of artists.

We have also organised additional opportunities for our gifted and talented artists to use their skills on particular projects.

A big thank you to:

  • parents for transporting children to Clennon Valley car park.
  • the FOSV for their help with the cream teas.
  • our secondary school and parent volunteers who have been wonderful.
  • the staff for their hard work and enthusiasm.

Well done to the children – as usual they have had a great week and immersed themselves in the activities on offer.
